Delivery and Pickup Questions
Do you offer same-day delivery?
House of Blooms offers same-day delivery Monday through Friday for orders placed before 1 PM, and by 12 noon on Saturdays. If you have special circumstances after 1 PM, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What areas do you deliver to?
Our local delivery area includes Fort Bend County, Texas, or up to 20 miles from our shop. For areas immediately outside of Fort Bend, we sometimes use third-party couriers. Third-party couriers are also an option for clients needing delivery outside of our local area or after 1 PM—just send an Uber! We also offer a concierge service for deliveries across the U.S. You can view our floral arrangements available for nationwide delivery on our Out of Area page.
What is the delivery fee?
Our delivery fee starts at $6.25 and varies depending on the distance from our location.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, House of Blooms offers an in-store pickup option.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Our ability to accommodate changes depends on the status of your order at the time of your request.
Flower Care and Maintenance Questions
How do I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
To extend the life of your flowers, we recommend trimming the stems, changing the water daily, and placing them in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and drafts.
Are your flowers pesticide-free or organic?
We understand the importance of sustainability. Please contact us for more information about the source and cultivation practices of our flowers, including whether they are organic or pesticide-free.
